Those interested in carrying Narcan can walk-in at the health department, 400 Professional Avenue, during business hours or at The Recovery Center, 37 S. Main Street, to complete a 10 minute training and receive free Narcan or complete the training online and the Narcan will be mailed to you. Please note that Narcan can only be mailed to Clark County, Kentucky addresses.
