Response to Resolution No. 2009-04 (Letter)

This letter is in response to Resolution No. 2009-04 requesting the Clark County Board of Health to form a committee to consider revising the Clark County Board of Health Regulation No. C-08-01 regulating exposure to secondhand smoke in Clark County. The Board of Health declines to take part in the formation of this committee.
